The event witnessed the launch of the Kejebu Micro Credit Scheme and the distribution of various resources aimed at empowering the elderly and market women.

OVER 5000 FED BREAKFAST;

Over 5000 young and old were served sumptuous meals as breakfast for free,tea and water was also served,ten local caterers were also empowered to cater which serves as a plus to the economy of the state.

Kejebu Micro Credit Scheme Launch:

The highlight of the event was the launch of the Kejebu Micro Credit Scheme, an initiative that allocated #10 million naira to empower petty traders. This scheme aims to foster economic growth and financial independence within the community.

Empowering the Elderly:

One of the most heartening aspects of the event was the empowerment of the elderly population,a significant number of seniors were provided with the Osun Health Insurance Scheme (OHIS)medical card for free one year treatment in any choosen hospital of their choice, ensuring their access to quality healthcare. Additionally, over 1000 aged individuals were given Ankara cloth to celebrate the festive season including Tailors fully paid to help them sew their clothes thus symbolizing dignity and care for the elderly.

Support for Market Women:

Recognizing the vital role of market women in the community's economic fabric, the event facilitated access to loans for these women. This initiative aims to provide financial support and autonomy to female entrepreneurs, fostering economic stability and growth.
